Il Comitato Direttivo della Filcams-CGIL, riunito il 28 e 29 luglio 2008, con la presenza del Segretario Confederale CGIL Fabrizio Solari, esprime netto dissenso sull'ipotesi di accordo, sottoscritto da Fisascat e Uiltucs per il rinnovo del contratto nazionale del Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi, sia in riferimento ai contenuti che al metodo utilizzato in total contradiction with the rules uniformly agreed upon.
