Finita la pausa estiva il nostro sito riprende le pubblicazioni e iniziamo facendo il punto della situazione sulla trattativa in corso per il rinnovo del contratto nazionale della distribuzione cooperativa.
La ripresa della trattativa c'e' stata il 30 giugno per definire i capitoli del Part-Time, Contratti a Termine, Apprendistato e non ha dato gli esiti che ci aspettavamo. Ci siamo infatti trovati di fronte ad una posizione non chiara sui Contratti a Termine, tesa a sottolineare che “a fronte di un quadro di normative diverse” quanto concordato potrebbe essere rivisto e per gli apprendisti è stata avanzata la richiesta del non pagamento dei permessi retribuiti.
