- Apprendistato
La mediazione riguarda l'allungamento di 6 mesi del periodo di apprendistato ma ai soli fini della formazione , in quanto rimangono inalterati tutti i diritti e le condizioni economiche degli apprendisti.
Infatti continueranno a maturare al passaggio di livello intermedio dopo 18 mesi per il 5° livello e 24 per gli altri livelli ; inoltre il conseguimento della retribuzione del livello finale scatterà rispettivamente (come prima) al 36°e al 48° mese. L'Azienda inoltre 12 mesi prima della scadenza complessiva communicate to the employee the status of his training.

Lavoro Domenicale: rimane nella sostanza inalterata la normativa del vecchio contratto cui si aggiunge un elemento importante e cioè che le modalità di attuazione del lavoro domenicale e festivo dovranno essere oggetto di confronto a livello aziendale.
- Flessibilità dell'orario (42 ore per 24 settimane)
La normativa prevede che per realizzare la flessibilità ci deve essere il confronto a livello aziendale o territoriale finalizzato alle intese.
Inoltre viene definito che l'obbiettivo da raggiungere insieme al miglioramento dell'efficienza aziendale deve essere anche quello di aumentare l'occupazione, incrementare gli orari dei part-time nonché la trasformazione di part-time in full time.
- Part-Time
E' confermato l'aumento dell'orario minimo da 18 a 20 ore.
E' stata anche stabilito che tutti i lavoratori passino a 20 ore entro 18 mesi dalla firma del contratto ed il piano di realizzazione deve essere oggetto di confronto con le RSU/RSA.
E' stato inoltre introdotta la normativa di verifica semestrale della quantità di orario supplementare effettuato dai part-time al fine getting to stabilize the timetable.
