temporary thing ... happens?
I will just make the record of what is happening in hypermarkets Unicoop Florence, I'll leave you comments and feedback.
Some temporary workers who had completed 36 months of seniority (accumulating a number of ongoing contracts, without pause, and then non-seasonal) in January and February and the natural expiration of their contracts were left at home without any possibility of being called back to work.
The reasoning is clear: the company to avoid a maximum of 36 months as the duration of temporary contracts, prefers not to draw more 'these workers and employees.
This is what happened until a few days ago.
Last weekend, the same workers were called back no more 'as workers with temporary contracts, but but rather' as temporary, then moving from a temporary employment agency.
The RSU has produced in recent months two documents and a series of initiatives aimed at resolving this issue (click here and here).
Now we asked a meeting with the direction of the store and we intend to clarify this matter as we used to "take" the EX-contract workers as temporary.
